Boinc Server

A BOINC Server should be running on only one of the OSCG clusters. This server will then distribute "workunits" to each of the member clusters. A "workunit" is a small packet of data that the member cluster will process according to a set of rules defined by the computer program that the BOINC client passes the data on to.
