I've written a small utility that can be used to benchmark a cluster known as "Fremen's openMosix Benchmark Tool". It is available for use and distribution under the terms of the GNU GPL version 2. The official distribution site for the tool is here.
Version 2.00 of the tool is now available at the distribution site. This copy is dubbed the "perl is your god" edition. You no longer need to run the benchmark through the time utility, as perl provides a way (via the Time::HiRes package) to monitor the amount of time it takes to perform the calculations within the program itself. Please see the README file for details.
